After years of being stuck with mundane corporate menus, only constructing vibrant and lively drinks at home for friends and family, and dreaming of owning a bar, Caroline decided to start The Parched Poppies. Now we get to serve our favorite type of customer every time we tend bar– the ones celebrating. We have designed menus for a diverse pool of clients, offering from the classics to tailored, custom drinks. Thanks to our fabulous clients, we are growing as bartenders and as a business every year!

The Parched Poppies and Caroline/her team were everything we could have ever dreamed of when it came to bartending and cocktails for our wedding!
